Operatives:

As you undoubtedly know, Danielle Wright has returned to the Matrix; albeit in a different form. She now closely resembles Halborn and Carlyne in appearance. Their physical appearances must be the result of similar situations, though we don't know what that is.

We do know one thing: She's after the biological interface program just as Halborn was. Before she appeared, Carlyne appeared as well; also after the biological interface program. It's odd that they both showed up at relatively the same time and demanded the same thing, even though Carlyne was not interested in the Program before.

There have also been some new developments with the program in general. It has remained relatively silent since it was found, but the program seems to be communicating something now, if only in spurts. We need to know what it's saying and why it is saying it. We trust you can succeed.
